R. Sai Kishore is among the most promising names in India’s long line of left-arm orthodox spinners, combining height, control and relentless accuracy. A veteran of the domestic circuit with over 400 wickets, Sai Kishore was part of Chennai Super Kings in 2020-21 before moving to Gujarat Titans in 2022, where opportunities were limited, featuring in just 10 games across three seasons. However, GT’s decision to use their RTM card at the 2025 Mega Auction marked a turning point. Sai Kishore played all 15 matches that season, picking up 19 wickets at an average of 20.68 and establishing himself as a key figure in their attack as GT reached the playoffs. He also marked his arrival on the international stage, representing India in their gold medal-winning campaign at the 2023 Asian Games, including a best of 3 for 12 against Bangladesh.
